How Authenticity Becomes Your Most Profitable Business Strategy
This week has been full of client meetings as we start reviewing their 2025 numbers, looking at what’s working, what’s not, and laying the foundation for 2026.
And while yes, I’m a CPA….
that’s an accountant for those of you who are like, wait what?
I’m definitely not your typical accountant.
Because as much as we talk financial goals and strategy, I’m always paying attention to something even more important when it comes to building a successful business.
Their BELIEF SYSTEMS
What they believe about money, who they believe they are, and what they believe is possible will make or break their growth.
Strategy matters, but it can only take you so far if your mindset is running in the opposite direction in the background.
And this week, one theme kept popping up with nearly every client.
COMPARISON
We live in a world where we’re constantly surrounded by creators, coaches, and online business owners all day long.
It’s almost impossible not to compare.
Who has more followers
Who sold out their masterminds
Who keeps landing brand deals….
And the question that inevitably pops up…
What are they doing right that I’m doing wrong?
So we over analyze
We dissect
We try to find some hidden strategy that we must be missing
But what if the thing you think you’re missing isn’t a strategy at all?
It’s YOU
It’s your AUTHENTICITY
Let me explain…
Have you ever heard of the scale of emotions?
There’s different variations, but it looks something like this (shoutout Abraham-Hicks)
Each of these emotions carries its own energetic frequency.
The difference between grief, fear, and guilt vs. joy, love, and empowerment is obvious.
You can feel that contrast in your body.
And while I love Abraham-Hicks, the chart about is missing the highest frequency…
Authenticity.
It’s one of the highest frequencies you can access because it aligns you with your truest self.
There’s no distortion.
No pretending.
No performing.
When you’re authentic, you’re totally free.
And that freedom is magnetic…no, seriously you become
Magnetic AF ✨
What most people don’t realize is that comparison pulls you in the opposite direction.
Trying to fit yourself into someone else’s mold dims your light and lowers your frequency every single time.
But the moment you choose to embody who you actually are, unapologetically, everything starts to shift.
Your people find you
Opportunities that light you up start to find you
Your work feels lighter, clearer, and more powerful.
Because you are being YOU.
I read a quote today that said:
“You can be universally liked or you can be authentic. You can’t be both.”

So ask yourself:
Where can you show up more authentically in your life and business?
Because that’s your superpower.
And it’s really what the world needs.
